Interior Fit Out Contractor - AJS offer either through traditional JCT, Design & Build, or Negotiated fit out contract works throughout Greater London and the South East.
The AJS Delivery Model enables us to develop the design, plan and implement pre-works activities in conjunction with pulling together accurate and robust pricing that allows the client to make informed and timely decisions.
Our Model covers budget and delivery strategy, cost and programme development along with supply chain co-ordination. We will then manage the works, prepare and deliver Project Team Reporting and take full contract accountability.
AJS offer an agreed guaranteed fixed price and single point of accountability. Our successful management is built on teamwork.

Based over two floors AJS created an inspiring workplace for the talented script writers of Big Light Productions.
Central London Office
Office conversion from CAT A to Cat B fit out. The project consisted of a (5000 sq ft) fit out over two floors.
